Solution to effective aeration in top sealed basins
Aeration basins are actually bio-chemical reactors of which the bottom is not allowed to accumulate sludge. Once the sludge is accumulated, the effluent quality declines and malodor emission occurs. Sealing the top of basin becomes imperative. Here comes the dilemma. The diffusers of the bottom aeration device cannot be replaced or repaired with a top-sealed basin while the basin could not be sealed if the surface aeration device were installed.
Solution:
The solution is to install the submersible floating aerators in the basins. The air supply system is the existing blowers in the blower house. A rotary joint is connected between the distribution pipe above the shield and the gas inlet tube beneath the shield. The aerator can swing clockwise or counter-clockwise and perform aeration and mixing. The nozzles in front of the submersible motor will never be blocked up. The production halt and shield removal for maintenance are not necessary. Moreover, the odor emission is prevented.

曝氣池(生物化學反應器)的池底不準沉積污泥,一旦有沉泥,不僅出水水質下降,曝氣池就產生大量不良氣味;在城區內的污水廠對城市環境造成新的污染,池頂加蓋勢在必行。采用傳統曝氣設備有諸多難點:底部曝氣方式(羅茨風機加曝氣盤)無法更換曝氣盤,表面曝氣方式(如轉碟、轉刷)無法對池體加蓋封閉。
解決方案:
在曝氣池安裝回轉潛浮曝氣機,供風系統可采用污水廠風機房內原有的鼓風機供氣,通過旋轉接頭連接位于池蓋上方的風管和池蓋下方的曝氣機導氣筒。保證曝氣機整機能夠回轉曝氣且不影響供風。曝氣機的潛水電機前端的出氣口永不堵塞,污水廠可永不停產或開蓋檢修。氣味無外泄,穩定可靠。
