山東億達環保技術工程有限公司是始創于1994年的高新環保技術企業。本公司經過二十余年的創新、實踐,再創新,再實踐的不懈努力,在工業廢水、市政污水、水生態修復及自來水地表水源脫氮等領域創建完成了多項廢水治理交鑰匙工程。以投資省、運行費用低、出水水質長期穩定達標和良好售后服務贏得了用戶和環保部門的信賴,并于1999年8月就獲得國家環境保護總局頒發的《環境工程設計證書》。
進入2005年后,公司根據曝氣設備落后于我國污水處理領域快速發展現狀,迅速轉型曝氣設備的創新研制,經過十多年的的研發與實踐檢驗,擁有了以潛浮式曝氣機和推流器系列產品為核心的污水處理系列裝備。同時榮獲中國4項和美國4項發明專利(1.潛浮式曝氣機,專利號200610168196.0;2.由導氣筒直接進氣的潛浮式曝氣機,專利號200710165152.7;3.回轉潛浮式曝氣機,專利號200810089642.8;4.多向潛浮式曝氣機,專利號200910160936.X;5.Submersible Hollow Shaft Motor and Submersible Floating Aerator Comprising the Same,專利號7661658;6.Swing-Type Submersible Floating Aerator,專利號7661659;7.Multi-directional Submersible Floating Aerator,專利號7934705;8.Aeration Ship, 專利號8998179),在國際、國內首創了中層曝氣的新概念;在污水處理,生態修復領域完成了對傳統曝氣方式的一次革命突破;將沿用了逾百年的傳統曝氣方式推向新紀元。
全數控回轉潛浮推流曝氣、攪拌機系列產品升級后,明確了下列五個方面。
(1)確立了全面水上安裝曝氣、推流攪拌設備,化解污水廠長期超負荷運行,設備得不到及時檢修而常年帶病運行,導致處理能力下降的問題。
(2)曝氣、推流攪拌兩種能量同時分開、合并控制方式,化解污泥活性低(MLVSS/MLSS),污泥濃度高的矛盾,即推流攪拌能量有效外排無機質死泥沉積,迅速改善活性污泥的不平衡狀態,使出水穩定達標排放。
(3)雙能量的分別精控有效化解了用加大曝氣量外排污泥而導致溶解氧升高、反硝化效果降低而出水氨氮超標的難題??蓪⑵貧馔V苟雇茢嚹芰υ鰪?,實現同池硝化反硝化的切換。深度脫氮不用再分池運行處理。
(4)在經典氧化溝工藝不改變的前提下,保持全流程高紊流、高活性污泥濃度、高污泥流量、全程無沉積動態平衡運行。深度生物脫碳、生化除磷。市政污水不加碳源,少加或不加化學除磷藥劑。
(5)重要的一點,污水處理廠全流程都不能有污泥的沉積、滯留,否則污水長期穩定達標運營都是空話。

During past twenty-two years, Yida has been dedicated in innovation, re-innovation, practice and re-practice in industrial and municipal sewage treatment, ecological restoration and nitrogen removal of surface water. Our company has successfully completed a range of sewage treatment turnkey projects for many customers by implementing state-of-the-art technologies. We used highly efficient technologies in various industrial sewage projects to achieve the goal of low investment and operating costs. The effluent quality remains high and stable. Since the after-sale service has been excellent, our company won great reputation from the customers and the environmental protection agencies. In August 1999, the State Environmental Protection Bureau awarded our company the Certificate of Environmental Engineering Design.
Since the progress of aeration equipments lagged far behind the quick development of sewage treatment market demand in China, our company shifted to the innovation of new aeration devices in 2005. After ten years of research and development, our company has successfully developed the submersible floating aerator and mixer as core equipments for wastewater treatment plants. We created “middle-layer aeration”, a new concept that starts a new epoch in conventional aeration industry.
The Upgrading of digital controlled swing-type submersible floating push-flow aerator/mixer defines the following five aspects.
(1) The comprehensive above-water installation of aerator/mixer is the solution to the continuing overcapacity, lacking of operating repairs of equipment, and the decline of treatment capacity of WWTP.
(2) The accurate aeration thanks to separate and combined operation of dual modes(aeration/mixing) is the solution to the paradox of low sludge activity(MLVSS/MLSS) and high sludge concentration. The power of push-flow and mixing drains the inorganic substance and settled sludge effectively. The energy changes the unbalanced state of the activated sludge swiftly. Thus the effluent quality remains good and stable.
(3) The dual-mode accurate aeration is the solution to the traditional method, which is, increasing air-intake of the aeration system results in high DO level and low denitrification effect. The effluent NH3-N level is far beyond the standard. Instead, by installing the submersible floating aerator, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) can be completed in the same basin. The denitrification process does not require multi-basin treatment any more.
(4) Under the premise that the standard oxidation ditch process remains the same, the operation of the submersible floating aerator/mixer can ensure high turbulence level, high density of activated sludge, high sludge quantity, and dynamically balanced performance in whole sewage treatment process. As a result, bio-denitro and bio-denipho process is upgraded. Little carbon source is added to the municipal sewage and chemical agent for phosphorus removal is reduced.
(5) Last and the most important point is that no sludge accumulation is allowed in each treatment phase, otherwise good and stable effluent cannot be guaranteed.
